TelTown, Teltow

New residential areas are constantly being built in the areas surrounding Berlin. This is also the case on the south-western outskirts of the city in Teltow, which has already been named the leading boomtown among Germany's medium-sized cities. Some new residents have made themselves at home in the flagship development "TelTown", a green terraced house district on a specially created lake. Individual living in a natural environment is the motto of this ambitious housing development. The approximately 90 houses are designed to meet the space requirements of large families, senior citizens or singles and are almost completely surrounded by inviting open spaces.
