The modern new building with 26 residential units is located in the middle of Schwabing in the prominent neighborhood of the so-called Seidlvilla and Villa Loeb. When planning the outdoor facilities, the landscape architecture firm incorporated the stately garden park of the listed Loeb Villa. The result is a stylish open space design that visually gives precedence to the directly adjacent property. The prestigious character of the inner courtyard was emphasized by perfectly crafted exterior coverings and furnishing elements.
