Parish of St. Anton, Regensburg
According to the jury, the award-winning design for the parish and youth center is particularly impressive due to the well-proportioned square. The arrangement of the new buildings in conjunction with a wall created an introverted open space that the Catholic community uses for events and after-service meetings. The sheltered, almost monastic inner courtyard was designed with yellow-grey GDM.SCADA cladding in the same color scheme as the sacred building and the two new houses.
