Surfaces

Color-fast and durable
Thanks to numerous modern processing methods, our bricks and slabs are available in almost every conceivable look. The spectrum ranges from smooth to strikingly textured and from sharp-edged to chamfered to roughly broken corners and edges.

We only use the highest quality raw materials for the production of our bricks. We store a wide variety of granites, sands and colored natural stone grains in 52 silos. We use UV-resistant color pigments in the facing layer to ensure that the brilliance of the grains is shown to its full advantage.

Depending on the surface finish, the grains remain invisible in the stone or are exposed using precise finishing techniques. The result is a stone with high color brilliance, a unique feel and lasting durability.

Our surface finish

With the surface finish, we also increase the brilliance of the natural stone chippings so that we achieve exactly the desired appearance. At the same time, we create a subtle or accentuated look with more or less pronounced textures, which are particularly important for grip and slip resistance.

Depending on requirements, we also equip our products with proClean deep protection or coatings. This makes the valuable floor coverings even more durable and easy to maintain in the long term. An interesting aspect for marketplaces, outdoor catering or shopping centers, for example. Discover countless surface variants in a wide range of colors and haptics.

Surfaces from our manufactory

visia - R9

Smooth surface

Fair-faced concrete has a very fine, smooth surface. Its appearance is characterized by differences in color and structure, visible pores and its characteristic cloud formation and liveliness.

ruvido - R11

slightly roughened surface

The surface is characterized by its micro-roughened feel. It feels as if it has been lightly shot-blasted, but no grain is visible.

etrusco - R9

smooth to the touch with porous inclusions

The surface is reminiscent of porous limestone and fascinates with its natural and honest appearance. Each slab is cast and finished by hand. The slightly iridescent coloration in warm grey underlines the character of the surface.

acido - R13

Acidified surface

Fair-faced concrete surfaces can be slightly roughened by light acidification to increase slip resistance.

Surfaces from our paving and slab production

nativo - R13 | USRV 60

natural

Homogeneous, clear surface that is not further processed after the production process. The natural stone grains of the surface are coated and not recognizable in color/material. Concrete color and/or UV-resistant color pigments dominate.

pure - R13 | USRV 60

thermally refined

Fine, homogeneous surface. Complex finishing processes during production and curing are used to highly compact and optimize the precious aggregate to create a homogeneous surface with fine structures.

ferro soft - R13 | USRV 65

micro-fine blasted

Micro-fine blasted surface in which the natural stone grains are minimally exposed. The surface is minimally roughened, the natural stone grains are accentuated with a glimmering effect.

ferro - R13 | USRV 65

stainless steel shot blasted

When blasting the surface with fine stainless steel shot, we expose the striking natural stone grains of the surface, the grains are additionally broken up and reveal their natural components in beauty and brilliance. This roughens the surface and gives it a good grip.

silco - R11 | USRV 45

brushed

The surface of the stone is treated with special brushes. This creates a very fine, smoothed and silky matt surface with a very special feel: the stone is particularly smooth to the touch.

fino - R10 | R11 | USRV 45

polished

Special surfaces in R12 possible
Surface polished several times with industrial diamonds. Depending on the grit size of the abrasives, the latest system technology is used to create different smooth surfaces that have one thing in common: The fascinating, silky matt sheen.

finerro - R13 | USRV 65

polished and stainless steel shot-blasted

A heavily sanded surface, which is then given its elegant character by gentle blasting (ferro). Large grain sizes in the facing are particularly effective with this processing variant.

antikplus - R13 | USRV 60

with embossed surface

Machine-aged stone top and edges - natural, rustic look with aged surface character. Spacers and interlocking systems remain intact. The products are only supplied in packs.

tecto - R13 | USRV 65

bush hammered

Hammering exposes and reveals the grain on the surface. The edges are broken irregularly.

FLUIDO - R13

water blasted

The facing layer of the stones is gently blasted with clear water. This allows the brilliant colors of the natural stone chippings to come into their own.

Surfaces with proClean 700 coating

ferro proclean 700 - R10 | USRV 50

Stainless steel shot-blasted and 2-layer coated

When blasting the surface with fine stainless steel shot, we expose the distinctive natural stone grains of the surface and then seal the surface twice with proClean 700.

Surfaces with proClean 900 coating

ferro proclean 900 - R10 | USRV 50

Stainless steel shot blasted and coated 4 times

When blasting the surface with fine stainless steel shot, we expose the distinctive natural stone grains of the surface and then seal the surface 4-fold with proClean 900.

ferro soft proclean 900 - R10 | USRV 45

Micro-fine blasted and coated 4 times

Micro-fine blasted surface with minimal exposure of the natural stone grains. We then seal the surface 4-fold with proClean 900.

fino proclean 900 - R10 | USRV 45

polished and coated 4 times

Special surfaces in R11 possible
We sand the surface several times using state-of-the-art grinding technology with industrial diamonds. We then seal the surface 4 times with proClean 900.

finerro proclean 900 - R10 | USRV 50

polished, stainless steel shot-blasted and coated 4 times

A heavily sanded surface, which is then given its elegant character with the ferro surface treatment. We then seal the surface 4-fold with proClean 900.
