Verlegung im Drittelversatz empfohlen
Bei einer gebundenen Bauweise kann es aufgrund der Betoneigenschaften zu Rissbildungen kommen. Produktionsbedingte Verformungen > 3,0mm bis max. 5,0mm sind im Produktionsprozess nicht zielsicher zu vermeiden, jedoch charakteristisch und können im Zuge der Verlegung entsprechend korrigiert werden.
Um die geforderte Ebenflächigkeit des Belages zu gewährleisten, ist es erforderlich , die Dielen vor Verlegung mittels Richtlatte auf Maßtoleranz zu prüfen
Bei ermittelten Toleranzen bezüglich der Ebenheit des Produktes sind die Dielen längenbezogen ca. mittig zu teilen und durch Auflösung des Regelverbandes zu verlegen, um die geforderte Ebenflächigkeit zu gewährleisten

Um einen althölzähnlichen Charakter des Produktes zu imitieren, sind Poren (Wurmlöcher) an der Oberfläche sowie teilweise unregelmäßige Kantenführungen gewünscht und treten in unbestimmter Anzahl und Vielfalt in Erscheinung.
