With a bonded construction method, cracking can occur due to the properties of the concrete. production-related deformations > 3.0 mm to max. 5.0 mm cannot be avoided with certainty in the production process, but are characteristic and can be corrected accordingly during installation.
In order to ensure the required evenness of the flooring, it is necessary to check the planks for dimensional tolerance before laying them using a guide rail
If tolerances are determined with regard to the evenness of the product, the planks must be divided approximately in the middle in terms of length and laid by breaking up the standard bond in order to ensure the required evenness
In order to imitate an old wood-like character of the product, pores (wormholes) on the surface as well as partly irregular edge guides are desired and appear in an indefinite number and variety.
