Following a successful revitalization, the listed Bikinihaus now once again lives up to its prominent address in Berlin's City West. The current use in the context of a hotel and cinema combines shopping, working and leisure activities, in particular through surprising views of the neighboring Berlin Zoo. On the one hand, the landscape architects have taken up the theme of the zoo in the outdoor areas - a rich mix of grasses, herbs and perennials dominate the picture. On the street side, high-quality paving and large-format inlays with shrubs and grasses form the framework for a pleasant stay in the cafés.
