The shopping center with a multiplex cinema and fitness studios in the heart of the third largest Czech city is part of a broad-based urban redevelopment project undergoing structural change. The entire complex is made up of 15 individual buildings connected by a glass roof. The new building, designed for the industrial wasteland by the renowned OMA office headed by Rem Koolhaas, is surrounded by elegant square architecture with red accentuated main entrance areas.
