Double and triple secured, the GDM.SCADA stone paving at the new Goldbeck branch in Leipzig defies the high shear forces at the site. The reason for the precaution: the Bielefeld-based construction company is positioning exhibits weighing several tons, such as prefabricated hall construction elements, on the outdoor area designed with modern transom formats for indoor exhibition. Anchor rails with spikes provide additional stability. Embedded on the underside of the concrete blocks, these penetrate into the base course when laying the paving and thus consolidate the paving against shifting and twisting.
