House for children, Sachsenkam
Playing, learning and dreaming under trees - for some children from Sachsenkam in Upper Bavaria, this is a weekday treat, as the trees are right in the middle of their daycare center. Two atriums cut into the building and rock pears make the tree house feeling tangible on all floors. With the new building for three groups and after-school care, the municipality responded to the increasing demand for childcare places.
