House of generations, Mallersdorf-Pfaffenberg
The people of Lower Bavaria were no longer willing to put up with an empty factory building in a prime location. The market town acquired the property and converted it into a multifunctional facility with a community hall, stage, library and club rooms. At the same time, the outdoor area was given a prestigious makeover with shot-peened SCADA plating and custom-made tree grates for open-air events.
