The ambitious architectural concept has won prizes, praise and recognition from experts. The open space design is restrained and leaves room for sensory stimuli. There is a clear differentiation between the semi-public forecourt with GDM.SCADA large formats in a row, accentuated by a few Gleditschias, and the private movement areas with the so-called sensory gardens. The XXL slabs are a custom-made product in the color grey-green.
