Residential and commercial building, Deggendorf
On the beautiful blue Danube in Deggendorf, a modern residential and commercial building with a total usable area of around 6,000 square meters opened its doors. The building on Hafenstrasse consists of three four-storey structures that are connected to each other. Generous glass fronts up to the top floor and roof terraces underline the prestigious character of the new building. The environmentally conscious GDM.DRAIN stone design paving was used in the outdoor area with the parking spaces.
