The award-winning residential project in the Möhringen district is nearing completion in fall 2014. As the development borders directly on the countryside and the idyllic Probstsee lake, demand for the remaining 490 apartments is likely to be lively. Attractive circulation areas and residential courtyards with special-colored paving, which alternate uniformly between red and yellow, run through the entire complex. The team of architects has designed the individual areas well, and the playful use of paving formats is impressive. In addition, the thoroughfares are designed in such a way that internal traffic is slowed down and slow-moving traffic becomes unattractive.
