Café Winklstüberl, Fischbachau
The traditional Café Winklstüberl in the foothills of the Bavarian Alps is known as a land of milk and honey for cake lovers. Significantly, the delicacies are said to have inspired pop star Udo Jürgens to write the hit song "Aber bitte mit Sahne". Managing director and former actress Thekla Mairhofer has created a wonderful setting for the cake battles: the newly designed sun terrace, a perfect ambience at the foot of the mountain landscape. The paving looks as elegant, elegant and warm as if it had been cut from exclusive shell limestone.
