The spectacular architecture of the new planetarium and visitor center of the European Southern Observatory (ESO) in Garching near Munich looks as if it came from another star. In fact, the bursting structure represents the state immediately before a supernova, when stars die with a huge explosion. The two building cores with a large planetarium and central hall represent the two stars of the supernova. Back on earth, very earthly paving tasks awaited, which were mainly solved with GDM.LUNIX turf comb stones.
