Just before Copenhagen, to the right of the highway, lies the charming town of Køge with the KØS Museum, where everything revolves around art in public spaces. The ideal location for an expansive concrete work created by Norwegian artist Ann Lislegaard. The white monument sees itself as a multifunctional urban stage on which people can communicate and discuss, perform and play - so touching it is definitely encouraged. The installation, which is staggered at several heights, is made up of more than 100 blocks, block steps, slabs and ramp components with edge lengths of up to almost 3.5 m. An ingenious heating system keeps the steps free of snow and ice throughout the winter.
