The Museum of Natural History is housed in historic masonry dating from the beginning of the 18th century. The extension plans resulted in an elegant, organically shaped reinforced concrete structure that docks onto the museum building. The roof is now used for outdoor catering. The terrace covering is as unique as the architectural solution: large-format GDM.MASSIMO polygonal slabs, cast by hand piece by piece and finely sandblasted - the reinterpretation of a classic.
