The striking Art Nouveau building and former indoor swimming pool from 1906 was in danger of disappearing completely due to damage. After more than 20 years of standstill, salvation came in the form of a new utilization concept. Instead of swimming and bathing, it is now all about shopping and chilling out. To this end, the investor put together a high-quality conversion package that is also impressive from the front door. The significant forecourt design essentially consists of a GDM.SCADA plating, which is framed by spacious steps and seating blocks.
