While overbuilt rivers and streams are being opened up again in many places, Brussels is taking a different approach. In the Belgian capital, the small river Senne has been transformed into a 1.6 km long park between a number of old factory buildings. To the left and right of the route, wooden decks with seats and loungers invite you to linger. At 3.5 m, the park path is exactly as wide as the GDM.MASSIMO slabs that provide access to the Locus amoenus.
