The new building on the Riedberg campus offers space for 1,400 students and 150 scientific staff in biology and bioinformatics. The comb-like ground plan creates intimate garden courtyard situations, whereby the view of the Taunus can still be experienced. In the courtyards, the open space designers focus on different aspects of botany. An additional natural space is created by the striking GDM.LUNIX paving. The water-permeable stone system with chambers for grass, grit, gravel or LUMERA light stones stands for organic shapes and independent product design like no other.
