Working in green surroundings is the keyword for the new office district within sight of the Allianz Arena. Around 80,000 square meters are reserved solely for high-quality open spaces with a large water area that also serves as a rainwater reservoir. The design appeal is revealed in the paving and slabs, which radiate naturalness and perfection down to the smallest special component - including a number of custom-made radius block steps, seating blocks and L-stones from the manufactory.
