A lively quarter has taken shape on a 40,000 square meter site close to the trade fair. The so-called "Viertel Zwei" is home to attractive offices, restaurants and a hotel, surrounded by attractive open spaces with its own lake. Together with the existing residential development, the new urban building block forms a homogeneously designed space. The complex structures were organized with a continuous surface covering made of GDM.SCADA large formats in a row, coherently complemented by special components from the manufactory. The office quarter thus presents itself as a well-structured unit with a sequence of high-quality squares and lounges.
