Mosaic residential development, Hinwil (CH)
The outdoor areas of the eleven-part Mosaik residential quarter in the municipality of Hinwil are characterized by fluvial forms and typical floodplain plants. The nature-based design is derived from the nearby torrent, which the open space planners had previously renaturalized as part of the district planning. The 152 apartments are designed for families and feature open-plan living and dining areas. These are adjoined by spacious balconies and terraces.
