Epi-Stiftung - House for assisted living, Zollikon (CH)
The Swiss Epilepsy Foundation owns a large plot of land in the municipality of Zollikon that slopes down towards Lake Zurich with buildings of various uses. The latest building for 40 assisted living places rounds off the urban structure of the site on the lake side. The open space planners staged the outdoor areas as an open landscape with fruit trees, native plant species and high-quality paving, which saw additional stabilization for delivery traffic and the fire department.
