The team of architects has succeeded in opening up the spatial setting and making it tangible. And it has given the illustrious shopping mile a completely new face. The quality is created by the clear design language and detailed implementation with shot-peened slabs and stones, which have been upgraded with easy-to-clean DUROSAVE EXTRA depth protection. The sparsely furnished and greened traffic area with row and cross-joints is laid out at the same level, with zoning indicated by the change in color from granite to basalt. The successful competition entry now forms a holistic spatial structure with the adjoining cathedral square, which is also covered with the GDM.NUEVA stone and GDM.SCADA stone product lines.
